Senior Consultant (m/w/d) About us For the assistance of people with various support needs in the house community ''Ambulantes Wohnen am Alsterberg'', we are looking for a dedicated cure nurse or educator*in. 24 people live in their own homes and receive individually agreed support services. Our focus is on the personal assistance of the clients and includes the everyday assistance in the psychosocial, domestic, nursing and advisory area. In addition, we support and empower people to participate in life in the district, to build and maintain social networks. We are contact persons in mental crises and provide security and orientation.

You create the resource-oriented assistance planning together with our clients and, based on this, organize staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services in the team. They provide assistance in various internal and external activities, e.g. support in the household, shopping together, accompaniment in everyday and leisure activities. They support everyday assistance and primary care activities (body care and hygiene).
