Product Manager (m/f/d)

You support the design, development and evaluation of products in the fields of securities & asset building, deposit products, payment transactions (account, card) and financing business. You initiate and accompany NPP processes (New Product Process) and participate in make-or-buy decisions and control of third-party products. You support the development of market-oriented pricing models. You define and analyze key product characteristics (income, risk, sales, stock) and conduct competitive and market analyses. You prepare Jours fixes and product bodies, accompany them in terms of content and support them in the corresponding preparations (e.g. product committee). You work closely with sales, treasury, fund management, asset management, COO office, compliance and communication and ensure a transparent, comprehensible decision documentation.

You have a completed economic studies or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in product management, sales management, treasury, bank management or a comparable function in the banking environment. You have a very good understanding of bank products, ideally in several of the mentioned product fields. You bring knowledge of regulatory framework conditions (e.g. MaRisk, WpHG, product release processes). You possess a strong strategic thinking capability, analytical strength and work structured and conceptually. Here you will show a high degree of sense of responsibility and decision-making. You have communication strength and a sovereign appearance in cross-departmental votes, have affinity for change processes and for the strategic construction of target images.
