Leadership & team development: leadership, development and motivation of the material master team as well as support for team meetings, training and onboarding new employees Feedback & Development Talks: Conducting feedback and development talks as well as performance evaluations to promote team responsibility, quality and continuous improvement Take operational responsibility: Ensuring the timely and high-quality care of material master data including escalation and quality management Control MDM activities: control, monitoring and optimization of daily activities in material master data management Promote process and quality control: further development of standards, processes and guidelines for material master data management Make interfaces active: Close coordination with specialist areas such as purchasing, logistics, IT and sales to ensure data requirements and quality

Education & Qualification: Complete studies in the field of business, logistics or IT or comparable qualifications Professional experience & expertise: Multiannual professional experience in materials master files, ideally with leadership experience, as well as deep understanding of master data processes, data quality and SAP environments or comparable systems IT- & language skills: Very good German and good English skills Personal Competence: Embossed Methods and Process Competence as well as Analytical Thinking Power, High Communication Skill, Conflict and Problem Solving Competence and Joy in the Development of Employees and the Design of Change Processes
