Architect or engineer as project manager (m/f/d)

You coordinate major public building projects and existing objects in project responsibility and take over the technical management of project teams with various disciplines, such as construction, civil engineering, supply technology and electrical engineering. You control the team and define the project objectives in order to achieve them in particular with regard to costs, dates and qualities. You are active in the development and implementation of the project with alternative award models. You guide the planning, construction design, awarding, control and billing of planning and construction services You work closely with department management, external project management and quality management and regularly report to branch management.

You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/ Diplom/Master) preferably in the field of architecture, civil engineering or in a comparable engineering discipline. Further requirements: You have a multiannual professional experience in project management or Project Responsibility for Large Projects in Construction You bring knowledge of the application of relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB etc.) You are routined in handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and open to the BLB-specific application of SAP as well as relevant project control / planning software Its distinct competence in the management of the cooperation of various stakeholders is both a characteristic of your target orientation and motivation. You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E10 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 82.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
