In order to be able to use the digital services for the further success of the TGE, we are looking for support in the field of project management for digital infrastructure & digital services.

Your tasks

Support in the optimization of digital workflows in the PMO environment

Participation in the construction and continuous maintenance of an agile JIRA board according to SCRUM and/or Kanban methodology

Support in creating and updating new Confluence pages for the Digital Infrastuktur & Digital Services VAN team

Regular follow-up of the JIRA ticket status and coordination with the respective team members

Continuous exchange with the product teams of CARIAD and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, as well as their PI and sprint planning

Participation in sprint planning meetings of the CARIAD and the Brand Group Core (BGC) to track the implementation of the requirements introduced by the MAN Truck & Bus SE

Organisation of joint product and project planning meetings in cooperation with the B2B team of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles

Your qualifications

Study of information technology, economics or a comparable subject

Enthusiasm for agile working methods in the automotive industry

Joy in regular communication and cooperation with companies of the Volkswagen Group

Very good English skills in word and writing
