The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central focus provider in Schleswig-Holstein and since 2023 part of the Schön Klinik Group operating throughout Germany. Over 1,800 employees provide approximately 80,000 patients each year in 22 specialist centres and three day clinics. The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices. Ensuring individual care: You provide a qualified and individual nursing care for our patients: You are safe, perform and monitor them with the involvement of the oncological assessment. Determining the need for counselling: you determine the individual needs of the patient's care and counselling: inside, register them and are the central contact person for patients: inside and outside. Support in oncology: You participate in the prevention, early detection and alleviation of care-relevant side effects in oncological therapies and support the expansion of the palliative area. Implementation of quality assurance measures: You implement quality assurance measures and continuously evaluate them. Participation in business: You participate in multi-professional case meetings and care visas.

You have a completed training as a health care and nursing agent:in, nurse/career or nurse and ideally bring interest or experience in the oncological field. You have a comprehensive understanding of the organisation, show sense of responsibility and work actively and team-oriented. You convince with a pronounced communication strength and empathy in dealing with patients, their relatives and their colleagues. You radiate professionalism and humanity and contribute to a valuable and trusting working atmosphere.
