Sales & Customer Care: You are planning and expanding contact with existing and new customers and continuously expanding your own network through active sales. In direct contact you convince our customers of our comprehensive service Consultancy & Matching: You accompany your customers in strategic personnel planning and support them in precisely fitting their vacancies. In doing so, you meet the requirements and expectations of customers and candidates Candidate language and selection: You test and evaluate application documents, conduct interviews and accompany the entire selection process. You apply professionally and with conviction for our candidates and accompany them through the course of the application Staff support: You are the first contact point for our over-company employees and are on your side with all questions Holistic process management: You keep the entire order processing in mind – from the first contact up to the successful conclusion of the contract! As a central contact person, you make sure that both our competitors, our customers and our external employees feel well-maintained at any time.

You have a completed commercial training You have more than several years of professional experience in customer support and retrieval in the personnel service sector (employeee transfer and/or hire) Cold Acquise is not a foreign word for you and you convince with a sovereign, professional appearance You bring negotiation skills and knowledge of German language Reliability, team spirit and a good portion of humor are just as important as us Sounds exciting?
