Your duties

• maintenance and maintenance of the building, the property and the technical facilities
• Implementation of repairs and small repairs
• Winter service on the premises
• Care of outdoor facilities (e.g. lawn mowing, weeds weeding, keep walking path clean)
• Closing service
• Cleaning and order of waste plants
• Maintenance of heating system

Your site is a day care center in Dresden. The weekly working time is 15 hours.
