As a senior project manager, you play a central role in the strategic planning, control and coordination of complex, cross-resort projects and programs in the context of SAP application development, digitalization and organisational development. You are responsible for overarching coordination of ongoing projects, create transparency about project progress and dependencies and ensure a targeted coordination of the bodies involved. In addition, you contribute to the further development of project management and quality assurance and evaluation of projects.

Successfully completed, relevant scientific higher education or experience acquired in practice Knowledge of German in Word and Writing on C1 level Long-term knowledge and experience: In the coordination and control of complex, cross-resort projects, in particular in the fields of SAP application development, digitalization and organisational development In the design, planning and monitoring of projects and in the development and application of project management and controlling instruments In the preparation of reports, decision templates and project analyses as well as in quality assurance and evaluation of projects In cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders as well as in the coordination of complex project structures Administrative, budgetary and procurement law and understanding of the specific framework of public projects Knowledge (in one or more points) is desirable: The SAP landscape of the Land of Hesse and the underlying central business processes In the SAP modules Human Resources and Accounting and Budgeting A certification in project management, for example according to PRINCE2 or IPMA You can also bring this with you: You have a strong leadership competence and a high degree of organisational and coordination capability.
