IT Service and Product Manager (m/w/d)

As an IT service and product manager, you are a key part of our team, which is responsible for IT service management and its implementation in our IT portfolio. You accompany process-specific IT applications for technical processes, such as maintenance, network expansion projects or system planning. In doing so, you take on company and product responsibility, advise on IT service and operating processes and coordinate cooperation with stakeholders to optimize the quality of our IT services and support efficient energy supply. This position offers you the opportunity to make a significant contribution in a dynamic environment to optimize our IT services and to support the energy transition.

Control and tracking of IT service and operating processes with regard to compliance requirements, in particular IT governance guidelines operational responsibility and holistic technical control of IT applications and IT service providers to ensure ITIL and contract-compliant performance Creation of specialist concepts for IT products of the process-specific portfolio and need-oriented support in the further development of operating processes Takeover of the (partial) project management in IT projects with a special focus Management of the license portfolio to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and support of the software implementation process Risk and action management to identify and mitigate potential risks

IHR PROFIL: completed studies of computer science, business information technology or comparable technical training with corresponding further qualification multiannual experience in IT service management, IT-sourcing and the management of service providers as well as at the interface between specialist and IT sound knowledge of common IT service management frameworks (especially COBIT, ITIL, DevOps) Experience in project and IT product management is desirable analytical thinking, good communication skills, high customer orientation as well as detailed orientation and loadability results-oriented and self-responsible operation
