Reception (m/w/d)

Your duties

• Support of the Secretariat and reception
• Support of the telephone centre and reception of national and international guests
• complete mailing and exit
• Professional hospitality of guests
• Organization and coordination of appointments and rooms
• Ordering and managing office materials
• Organization and planning of service travel
• Support for the organisation of internal events
• Contact person:in for employees at the site

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Multiannual professional experience as reception secretary:in
• Proactive, responsible and customer- and employee-oriented working methods
• Friendly and confident appearance, reliability and high loadability
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• German and English language skills in word and writing
