Site Manager - Assembly / Coordination / Billing (m/f/d)

You take over the independent management of our demanding façade construction projects directly on site and ensure a timely and quality-oriented installation. You are responsible for the entire project controlling from compliance with the budget and the contractual requirements to successful accounting. As a central contact person, you control communication with our clients:inside, architect:inside as well as after-contractors:inside and for a smooth flow of information. In close cooperation with our internal teams of construction, work preparation and production, you plan the project processing and secure the material and personnel resources.

You have an education or study with a technical background You have experience in building site processing and have know-how in construction You bring team spirit and personal responsibility You want exciting facade construction projects and real responsibility You have a valid class B license You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing
