We are currently 16 colleagues who work with great fun, commitment and mutual support on diverse topics around our articles. In addition to implementing and ensuring the legal requirements of our multimedia and household electronics assortments, we ensure that our products meet our minimum standards and that our suppliers apply these standards in their productions. If something is wrong, we work closely with our relations centers and partners to ensure that deficiencies are placed in the future.

The job is limited to 2 years.

You relieve the Quality & Product Compliance Manager in the daily business. You are responsible for the maintenance of IT systems. You handle administrative tasks. You support in handling complaints. You support the assignment of product tests at external testing points. You're working on enquiries. You communicate with different interfaces in the house, service providers and our suppliers. Must-have: You have a completed training in a technical or commercial profession with corresponding professional experience or a comparable qualification (e.g. studies in engineering). You have a good technical understanding and work quickly into new topics. You can express yourself well in German and English. You're working with the team. You can safely handle MS Office and are communication-strong. Your language level: German C2 (approximately native) and English C1 (specialized language use). Nice-to-have: You have first experience in quality management and/or product compliance. Standards, guidelines, laws you find exciting. You bring basic knowledge of the production processes of the supervised product groups. You have knowledge of MS Access or other databases.
