As a working student at the BarmeniaGothaer, you will be able to gain practical experience alongside your studies and take first responsibility. Do you want to actively shape the activation of our employer brand, Welcome Days, onboarding measures and the further development of our career website? Then start as a working student*in the team Employer Branding & Talent Marketing.

The place is limited to 18 months with a size of 15 to 19 hours per week.

Support us in the activation and further development of our employer brand along the entire candidate and employee experience. Work on measures to activate the employer brand internally and support employees as ambassadors. In the design, implementation and measurement of the success of employers' campaigns, we are also involved. Support the further development of our career website and introduce ideas for an attractive Candidate Journey. Accompany the further development of our onboarding, the digital onboarding offers and support in the planning and implementation of our Welcome Days. Take part-projects independently and bring creative ideas to the further development of our employer brand.

With your creativity as well as your own initiative, you enrich us and want to help shape the change of the BarmeniaGothaer. A sovereign appearance as well as a structured and self-contained way of working are what distinguishes you. You are happy to translate ideas into concrete measures and experiences. It is fun to organize projects and bring together different stakeholders. Ideally, you could already gain first experiences in Employer Branding. You are in advanced studies in business, communication, marketing, psychology or comparable. You can work for 15 to 19 hours per week on 2 to 4 days. We would like to work with you for longer, so ideally you still have at least 2 semesters of rest period.
