Development of the product vision of a sophisticated software solution for the production of optical high-tech systems together with the Scrum team

• Responsibility for the development of software products in the context of complex production processes
• Management of requirements for production and development departments as well as documentation and prioritization of individual development tasks in a Product Backlog
• Central specialist contact person and Servant Leader for the self-organized team, including in case of queries, effort estimates and sprint planning
• Interface function between agile and classic project world to ensure short-term sprinting and long-term milestone planning
• Supporting the introduction of software in production and technical support in the event of problems
• Coordination with other Scrum teams to standardize architectures and methods

Your qualifications

Completed degree in the course of study Computer Science, Engineering or Natural Sciences necessary

• Experience required in the management of software projects, request analysis and software development as Product Owner in agile environment

• Finded process understanding and experience in the abstraction of complex relationships, e.g. using diagrams or models

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

• Negotiating German and English skills necessary
