In this role, you report to the Director of Global Reward & Analytics and shape global payment strategies as well as data-based insights that enable better personal decisions and support DLG Group's long-term growth. The position offers you a lot of design space: Your specific responsibilities depend on your experience and what you bring in. Our global Reward‐ & Analytics Agenda is extensive — there is plenty of space to leave your own footprint.

Rewards • You develop competitive compensation programs (job structure, bonus models, benefits) • You continue to shape Total Rewards strategies, tailored to business and talent needs • You control the job architecture (Mercer-Grading, salary bands, structures) across different countries • You advise on benchmarking, payability and measures for fair payment • You train HR and executives in effective reward management People • You provide insights into payliness, trends in the working world and organizational effectiveness • You support scenario planning and predictive analytics • You work across areas on data quality, system integration and reporting

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, HR or Analytics. • At least three years of relevant experience in HR control, Total Rewards or similar areas. • Experience or interest in People Analytics, talent or performance management. • Very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with HRIS or BI tools is a plus. • Strong analytical skills and strong communication and project management skills. • Very good language skills in German and English.
