With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. As a process management cross-section function, the FO area is responsible for the standardization and automation of the transactional accounting and financial processes and is in ongoing exchange with the departments as well as the method and IT functions. The O2C sales team deals with the manufacture of production materials, parts and aggregates as well as the complex of other deliveries and services. The main challenges here are the mapping of the heterogeneous business cases in the group network and their data-technical integration into the individual business world. These challenges come to you: Active participation in the project to introduce SAP S4/HANA

Creation, maintenance and execution of test cases for the S/4HANA implementation project and follow-up of the test progress in Jira

Analysis and Processing of Process and Test Data with MS Excel

Coordination and moderation of service tickets distribution in ServiceNow to ensure efficient processing

Development and optimization of processes in SAP S/4HANA

Modeling and Documentation of Financial Order-to-Cash Processes (O2C) Business Processes with SAP Signavio

Creation of regular management status reports

Support in project and workshop meetings and creating attractive presentations

Participation in cross-departmental votes and projects

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge in JIRA and Confluence are beneficial
