Control and optimization of the operating handling storage processes Management of employees under economic, qualitative and safety-relevant requirements Operational control of the layer under cost and quality points Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Personnel and Resource Planning in the Tag Layer Onboarding, coaching and further development of employees Ensuring quality requirements and certification standards

Projektmanager (m/w/d) or Logistikmeister (m/w/d); alternatively other training and relevant professional experience EDV-Grundwissen (MS‐Office) forklift and safe driving Ready to use for working hours starting at 10:00 or 13:00. Self-employed, resilient and hands-on-influenced working methods - combined with team capacity and enforcement capability. Very good German knowledge (C2) and desirable additional language skills, for example Polish, to support daily cooperation.
