Identification, evaluation and qualification of new processes and technologies in electronics production Planning, implementation and documentation of qualification of new materials for electronics production (e.g. soldering pastes, fluxes, underfill materials, protective lacquers and adhesives) Conducting systematic damage analyses in quality deviations and deriving sustainable correction and improvement measures Close cooperation with the development departments to evaluate the feasibility of new product concepts in early project phases (design-for-manufacturing and design-for-asembly) Implementation of development-accompanying simulation calculations for early evaluation of the production capability, reliability and performance of new products

Complete study of production technology, materials engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering or comparable Funded technical understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and SMD technologies Knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001 of advantage Experience with the simulation software Ansys desirable Very good knowledge of German and good English (min. level B2) Analytical and Structured Operation and Strong Problem Solution Competence High self-initiative and sense of responsibility Communication strength as well as safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external contact persons
