Your tasks:

• Planning and implementation of group and individual offers for Children and youth
• Development of day-structuring measures to strengthen social skills
• support in the development of life perspectives and Promoting self-employment and decision-making
• advice and support in social and emotional concerns, including reflection and handling of feelings
• Participation in the creation of aid plans, coordination of support offers and close cooperation with team, Members and authorities in shiftwork (spring, late, night) and weekend services)

Your profile:

• Completed, recognised educational training (e.g. (m/w/d), Heilpädagoge (m/w/d) or a comparable study)
• Funded expertise, empathy and high commitment in Development management
• willingness to support in crisis situations and individual conveying requirements
• holistic, situation-oriented mode of operation with pleasure in Implementation of pedagogical concepts
• Embossed communication skills, empathy, self-reflection and a professional appearance
• High psychological and physical resilience, motivated Maintenance and driving licence of class B
