Internship HR Transformation & Development (m/f/d)

Accompany with us the cultural transformation process of AXA or support executives and employees in their development. We are looking for backup for two teams!

With start date to 01. June 2026: In the team Cultural Transformation & Change we accompany company-wide change processes and our culture transformation. Help us develop and implement sustainable strategies for change and communication. Together we create tailor-made solutions that really work and are specially adapted to our needs. Help us conduct and evaluate surveys with our employees. Based on the results, we guide action recommendations to continuously improve the satisfaction and working environment of our teams. With start date to 01. July 2026: In the Leadership Transformation & Development team, we provide the learning and development landscape at AXA and establish a modern leadership understanding. Support us to plan, organize and market group-wide training and learning opportunities. We focus on our AXA Future Skills so that we can face the future in a stronger way. Coordinate and accompany our development and management programs, participate in different initiatives and actively contribute your knowledge of current trends in the Learning & Development area. We look forward to providing a preference for a team in your applicant documents. You complete your studies in the field of psychology, economic psychology, BWL, pedagogy, communication sciences, etc. - Advanced Bachelor's degree (min. 4th semester) or Master's degree You have already gained first practical experience, e.g. through internships or training, ideally in the HR field Your digital fitness is important to you, so you shine with safe PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills and a great interest in the possibilities KI offers us. You work independently, you want to take responsibility and organize well You bring communication strength and creativity You have time and pleasure, us from June 01 or from 01. To support July 2026 for a period of 6 months in full time
