Responsibility for the active distribution of the entire RALA portfolio including Services and Solutions in defined sales area Construction, maintenance and sustainable development of customer relationships (stock and new customers) Independent planning and execution of customer appointments, product presentations and consultations on site Analysis of customer needs and development of accurate, economical solutions Implementation of the sales strategy and achievement of agreed sales and sales targets Close cooperation with the sales service Implementation of sales and marketing concepts within your sales area Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system

Completed commercial or technical training or comparable studies Multiannual professional experience in field services, ideal for technical trade Success-oriented operation and a pronounced sense of market and customer needs Embossed sales and consulting skills as well as a sovereign and convincing appearance at the customer High target orientation, enforcement strength and persuasion combined with a pronounced self-motivation Strategic thinking and the ability to implement conceptual ideas consistently in everyday sales Safe handling of MS Office as well as ideal experience in handling CRM systems High readiness for travel within the sales area and Class B driving licence flowing English skills in word and writing Embossed team spirit, commitment and joy in achieving success together
