Acceptance, review, recording and processing of customer returns and complaints You enter and advise our customers on ongoing returns and complaints, both in writing and by phone You collect, process and care the customer data and information, and document the conversations and processes In order to be able to answer customer requests appropriately, you cooperate with various internal and external interfaces, such as logistics, sales, purchasing and suppliers

You have completed vocational training, ideally in the commercial sector or in the customer-oriented service sector You have been able to gain experience in customer service by telephone, ideally in the area of services and products that require declarations You are interested in the technology of luminaires as well as expectation management in customer contact You are strong in communication, customer-oriented and know how to organize yourself and your environment You know the most common MS Office programs and you know how to work with a ticket system You have very good German skills in word and writing
