Reception & Reservation Staff (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person in the house for our guests - process reservations and prepare the invoices for the departing guests.

You have fun and love in the profession You master classical tasks such as check in / Check Out of our guests, cash management, all correspondence, Reservation At best you have a completed training as a hotel specialist / man or hotel business / woman. If you are a cross-releaser, we start with a trainee phase in which we give you the special features of the tasks. You also work independently in early or late service at the reception You will assist our guests during your stay You can master the English language in word and writing. Other language skills are of course always an advantage. You are used to work accurately and structuredly, and you also know your sovereignty in stress situations. After the installation phase, you will perform tasks in the reservation department if you are interested.
