Ensuring the technical functionality of all existing hardware and software components for all users incl. the telephone Installation of new / existing hardware and software components Advice to management and users in all IT matters Definition and implementation of interfaces for installed software products Organisation and implementation of software release changes Self-employed implementation of smaller hardware repairs Procurement and exchange of system components and licenses Care and adaptation of existing software products Provision of evaluation and control instruments Implementation of inventory tasks for all existing system components Implementation of employee training Communication with and coordination of external IT service providers Documentation of existing IT landscape Examination of cost optimization for all IT services

(m/w/d) or IT system electronics (m/w/d) First professional experience in a comparable position and a large degree of IT affinity are provided Very good knowledge / experience in the administration of Windows systems (client and server) High process understanding to implement internal and external requirements on the system Contact with internal customers requires a high level of service, paired with customer orientation and the ability to solve problems quickly to ensure the user's workability Self-organization and prioritization determine your own approach Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
