Engineering & Project Manager (Ingenieur TGA) (m/f/d)

You design, plan, manage and coordinate independent renewal, reconstruction, optimization and new construction measures in the TGA department over all HOAI performance phases

In larger projects, You take over the tasks of the subproject management in terms of costs, quality and appointments and report the project stand regularly to the overall project manager and also coordinate the interfaces between internal departments, project teams, external planning offices and executive companies

You evaluate existing plants and develop operations optimization measures and also examine external planning regarding quality and feasibility

You create feasibility studies and cost-effectiveness analyses or evaluate them

You create planning and tender documents and carry out the award talks together with the purchase and also ensure compliance with technical standards, legal requirements and internal guidelines

You are responsible for the quality assurance, construction monitoring, commissioning and acceptance of technical installations within the meaning of the client as well as the commissioning- accounting and cost management for the supervised projects and external service providers

You have at least 5 years of experience in planning, construction management and object monitoring TGA through a completed study in utility technology, energy and building technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical course.

You have profound knowledge in HOAI, VOB and relevant technical standards

You are routined in handling MS Office, CAD programs (e.g. AutoCAD) and AVA (depreciation/depreciation) software (e.g. RIB iTWO) as well as scheduling software (e.g. MS Project)

You are characterized by structured, solution-oriented methods with a pronounced project management competence

You bring communication strength, organizational capacity, team capacity and enforcement capability.
