Senior Facility Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Energy data analysis & optimization: analysis of energy consumption, identification of savings potentials, creation of CO2 bilances and action recommendations for management Energy data controlling & monitoring: Responsibility for recording, processing and evaluation of consumption data; Further development of the meter and measurement infrastructure and continuous monitoring (according to DIN EN ISO 50001 and the Building Energy Act (GEG)) project management Energy optimization: holistic control of energy and electrical engineering projects for technical building equipment; Evaluation and optimization of technical systems Compliance & Audits: ensuring compliance with facility management standards; Monitoring of energy audits and implementation of derived measures Operating optimisation & Strategy: Regular object visits, monitoring of technical and energetic operational optimization; Development of long-term energy saving strategies Documentation & Coordination: Care of KPIs, action plans (according to DIN EN ISO 50001) and documentation; Coordination of internal departments, facility management service providers and suppliers

Education: Completed studies (supply technology, environmental technology, energy and building technology, electrical engineering, renewable energies, etc.) or comparable technical qualification with many years of relevant professional experience Professional experience: At least 3 years in energy and building management, technical facility management or energy consulting Expertise: Cross-Working Knowledge of Building and Supply Technology, Understanding Complex Building Portfolios Energy Management & Compliance: Knowledge of Energy Management Systems (DIN EN ISO 50001), Energy Data Management and the relevant legal requirements, in particular the GEG Project Management: Experience in managing technical/energy projects (probably in regulated companies such as banks/financial service providers) Skills: Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Thinking Power, Self Initiative and Fast Conception Language and Digital Competence: Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as communication strength, enforcement ability and experience in stakeholder management
