Then you will be part of our IT service team at the University Hospital of Ulm and, together with us, ensure that doctors, nursing staff and administration can work smoothly – ensuring the best possible patient care.

First-level support for all IT requests by phone, email and ticket system Analysis and solution of disturbances in direct contact with employees Cooperation with internal specialists and external service providers (both remote and on site) Setup and support of user accounts Installation and configuration of workstation systems Construction, conversion and support of IT workstations Documentation of solutions in the IT-Knowledge Base Participation in exciting IT projects after incorporation

Completed training as a specialist (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) (system integration or application development) or comparable qualification/independent IT experience Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office and Citrix Experience with clinical applications desirable Experiences in IT support or service desk (e.g. with ITIL V3 Foundation qualification) High service orientation and good communication skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 or higher) Cross-comers with IT experience welcome.
