Master Craftsman / Technician for Truck Workshop

My customer is a manufacturer-independent truck workshop between Landshut and Regensburg, which has established itself for many years as a reliable partner for companies in the fields of logistics and transport, agriculture and other service sectors. To continue this successful path, we are looking for you: a professionally experienced personality – like a dedicated motor vehicle master graduate commercial vehicle – who takes over the leadership of a workshop team with organizational strength, technical know-how and vision.

You control the daily workshop processes, plan and monitor work processes and ensure optimal utilization of the workshop You lead and develop your team clearly, value-estimating and target-oriented, coordinate the deployment planning and – together with the second workshop master – are available as competent contact persons for technical questions You advise customers, take orders and ensure a high service and quality orientation from initial contact to vehicle transfer Efficiency always keep in mind: You control costs, optimize processes and ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards With your technical understanding and your sense of efficient processes, you work closely with the second workshop master and management and are actively involved in the further development of the company.

Complete training as motor vehicle mechatronics or motor vehicle mechanics with a focus on commercial vehicles as well as training as a master in the commercial vehicle sector or a comparable additional qualification Professional experience in the workshop environment with commercial vehicles Embossed organizational talent, enforcement strength and clear and solution-oriented communication Joy in working both organizational and technical close to the daily business We also offer dedicated master graduates the opportunity to gradually grow into this responsible position
