Operation, maintenance and optimization of our virtualized server landscape Administration of our network and firewall infrastructure Support and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment (teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID) Process Automation (Power Automate, PowerShell, Power Platform) Installation and configuration of IT hardware and software Active cooperation and support in new IT projects Cooperation with external IT service providers Processing of 1st and 2nd level support requests from the departments

Successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems, AD/Entra ID and VMWare Network knowledge (WAN, LAN, WLAN) Good knowledge of the administration of Microsoft 365 environments First contact points with script languages (e.g. PowerShell) and software distribution Self-employed, structured and targeted working methods as well as pronounced hands-on mentality and team skills Basic understanding of state-of-the-art IT security in the business environment Analytical approach to the structured solution of problems Motivation to actively drive changes and to continuously develop IT
