Customer service:

• processing of customer requests and customer orders by telephone, Email us in writing
• Maintenance of customer master data and order documentation
• Ensuring order processing and delivery
• Communication with internal departments to solve Customer contact
• Creation of offered and order confirmations

Account Manager (m/w/d) Customer service:

• Completed commercial training or comparable Qualifications
• First professional experience in customer service or Order processing desirable
• Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Embossed service orientation and communication strength
• Structured and independent operation
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
