• Legal advice of the awarding bodies in all legal, pricing and contractual matters
• independent and independent analysis and legal assessment of legal issues
• Development and assessment of possible solutions for the respective field of work without a legal obligation which excludes an independent analysis of the legal situation and individual case-oriented legal advice
• Manufacturing of contract terms and drafts and management of contract negotiations with contract partners
• Transfer of relevant legislation in individual and group talks
• Representation of HIL GmbH in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings as far as this is legally permissible

What you bring:

• a completed law degree (second legal state exam)
• multi-year professional experience
• ideally well-founded knowledge in procurement, price and contract law
• Basic English skills
• a strong communication and team capability and an independent, careful, structured and reliable operation
