As project manager:in you are responsible for the quality, budget and timely project execution You control and monitor projects independently over all phases of performance, from preplanning to project completion You calculate and track the project costs, check and evaluate supplements and tax-paying and appraisal receipts Creating tender documents as well as supporting the award procedures is also one of your tasks You agree to the project framework conditions with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the early development of counter-control measures in the event of a target risk With us you are a builder - you use the BIM methodology and convince in all phases of the project The applicable internal and external standards, policies and regulations are always in view and ensure the collection of all necessary permits and compliance with risk management and environmental protection

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed (special) degree in engineering (construction, economic or electrical engineering), architecture or a similar course of study You have relevant, multiannual professional experience in a comparable activity in railway infrastructure projects, in the award of engineering and construction services, as well as extensive experience in managing and managing project planning and implementing complex infrastructure projects Finding knowledge of all performance phases of HOAI, as well as knowledge of VOB and job-related EDV applications (like iTWO, SAP R/3) you bring with you A strong sense of quality, cost and time, as well as the ability to think and work in an analytical way, are the key to your work.
