HEAD OF PROJECTS (GN)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed management personality that strategically, operatively and humanly develops our project management. In this key position, you take responsibility for our entire project portfolio, run a competent team of project leaders and ensure the success of our diverse projects in the technical field.

TYPE OF TRAINING:

• Guided tour and further development of the project manager team
• Control and prioritization of the entire project portfolio in terms of content, cost, time, quality and customer satisfaction
• Distribution and allocation of projects within the team
• Responsibility for cross-project risk management and monitoring of the implementation of measures, in particular for priority projects
• Escalation management and first contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Regular reporting to project status management, risks, budgets and opportunities
• Budget responsibility for the project portfolio
• Optimization of structures, tools and processes in close cooperation with the PMO
• Definition and follow-up of project related KPIs
• Active support of sales as well as building and maintaining important customer and supplier relationships

DESHALB ASSISTANCE TO UNS:

• Complete engineering studies (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, communications)
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in project/programme management
• Found experience in project portfolio management, ideally in the technical field or comparable sectors (e.g. special machine construction, radar) *Expressed leadership, decision-making, hand-on mentality and a high social competence
• Structured and powerful working with hands-on mentality
• German and good English skills
• International readiness for travel
