Your tasks You support our HR team in the processing of administrative personnel, such as changes in working hours, exemptions, assignments, settings, certificates and other personal documents.

You're posing personal master data in our HR systems and ensuring complete and correct documentation

You take tasks around the digital personal file including storage, archiving and document management

You work closely with internal interfaces and disciplines and assist in clarifying administrative issues

You can flexibly integrate yourself into different topics of personnel administration and support where your application is currently needed

You are working on implementing and developing HR processes and projects

Your qualifications You are currently studying economics, psychology, economic education or similar, ideally focusing on human resources

You are motivated and inspire for operational staffing

You are an organizational institution with good communicative skills, a quick understanding, working independently and carefully

You have very good German skills

You have secure user knowledge in MS Office and ideally in SAP HR

We offer Entry into one of the largest automotive companies (Volkswagen Group)

€ 18,00 gross/hour for up to 20 hours/week

Possibility to increase to up to 35 hours/week in lecture-free time
