After successful integration, you will take on the following tasks as part of the trainee program to support the entire leadership team: You are the central Sparring partner* between the regional management, management and internal and external stakeholders They observe market developments and provide the management team with the most relevant information They prepare effective reports, presentations and policy templates They accompany regional special projects and process Ad-Hoc topics

After completing the one-year trainee program, you will take over the following tasks: They develop and plan complex projects, such as invitations to tender for our bus company mobus – Märkisch-Oderland Bus in Brandenburg, county invitations and rail replacements You develop individual concepts and offers They actively contribute to the development of visions, strategic goals and their implementation They analyze and implement relevant measures to comply with statutory regulations and promotions Depending on the interest and independence, you support further projects (including electromobility, workshop...) and are in contact with our external customers They bring in ideas at any time and develop these independently

They have completed economic studies, commercial training or comparable training related to transport They are ready to carry out occasional missions within the region of East (Brandenburg and Saxony) to the respective reporting units They are result-oriented, independent and bring communication and expressive strength with They have analytical skills, emotional intelligence and integrity Affinity for mobility, technology and transport You speak fluent German and have good English skills You want an exciting entry into the ÖPNV

Duration of the trainee program: 12 months.
