Make an experience from the vehicle transfer – with your attention to detail and customer service! You receive our customers at the check-in point of the vehicle handover and let the delivery become an experience through an attractive vehicle presentation. You perform a customer-oriented instruction in basic and special functions on the vehicle to be transferred. You take the vehicles at the street entrance, control them for damages and accessories and control them in the system. You coordinate vehicle laundry and technical services and carry out technical quality assessments. In your function, you also accept complaints, assess customer complaint and initiate the appropriate measures. Between the delivery dates, you are also available with your technical know-how, in our areas of evaluation and workshop you are also happy to hand in and keep your technical expertise up to date.

Technique in control? Communication in the blood? Then you're right here! You have completed a training in the motor vehicle sector or have acquired a comparable qualification. You control the current MS Office applications and ideally have good SAP skills. Good English language skills are of advantage. You have excellent communication skills, are an organizational talent and an absolute team player. An independent and structured way of working as well as a good sense for people complete your profile. You will also keep a careful and structured overview in challenging situations. For activity, you need a class B licence.
