To strengthen the HR team, we are now looking for a manager recruiting, onboarding and employer branding, exclusively and in an indefinite permanent position. You can work with a flexible home office share either in Munich (West), Munich (South) Oberhaching or in the room Mindelheim.

Location: Munich, Oberhaching, Mindelheim

RECRUITING: Development and implementation of strategies to attract new talents (about 50% of activity) ONBOARDING talents, integration into corporate culture and operational personnel work (about 40% of activity) EMPLOYER BRANDING: Design and care of the employer brand (about 10% of the activity) Care and further development of the career website and social media channels Further development and implementation of application processes Analysis and optimization of recruiting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Relevant training with further education or studies, e.g. Business Administration (BWL), Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Communication Sciences, Marketing and Communication, Social Sciences, Labour and Organizational Psychology, Business Education Multiannual professional experience in HR, Recruiting, Employer Branding, Onboarding Creativity and experience in dealing with social media and other modern recruiting channels Excellent communication and organization skills High service orientation and fun in cooperation with different disciplines and people
