We are looking for our location in Ahlen: Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

As a deputy coordinator, you are decisive in the operational operation of the team and actively supporting our products in 3-shifts and packaging. You are actively driving the standardization and improvement of systems and processes to make processes more efficient and sustainable. Design and introduce your ideas! You serve and control both automated (packaging) systems and manually embossed (assembly) processes and ensure an efficient process as well as rapid malfunction management in the team. Together with the leadership team, you work on the organization and qualification of all employees: You co-ordinarily perform instructions and dynamically introduce your potential in the shopfloor. You will participate in cross-departmental voting along the value chain and ensure clear communication and cooperation with all partners.

You seek responsibility, have a technical training and first experience in the industrial environment, ideally with automated processes or Mondays.

Technical understanding and a safe handling of modern IT infrastructure are the key to you – knowledge of MES and ERP systems can be brought with you at best, or you can learn it quickly with us.
