As a group leader of technical documentation (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

As a group manager (m/w/d) lead and develop your team and assume the technical and disciplinary responsibility. The further development and standardization of workflows and documentation processes is one of your tasks as well as the optimization of the multi-site document portfolio.You drive the automation of documents creation tools and the targeted use of forward-looking technologies to create innovative solutions and ensure efficient use of resources. In the offer phase, you will introduce your expertise by checking customer-specific documentation requirements for feasibility and matching them closely with the relevant interfaces. At the start of the project, you agree on your internal and with the customers and act as a professional contact person during the implementation. You have a successfully completed university degree in technical, scientific or comparable fields or an equivalent qualification. Multiannual experience in the field of qualification or documentation, ideally in special machine construction or the pharmaceutical industry, combine with knowledge of the methodology of technical and design documentation in the GMP environment and in accordance with the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.Ideally, you already bring leadership experience and pronounced social, conceptual and methodical skills.You are open to new technologies and have an interest in making the possibilities of AI and digitalization actively flow into our existing structures.
