Strategic Buyer for Investments & Services (m/f/d)

You conduct total cost analysis, evaluate your own versus foreign production, and conduct optimal procurement decisions. You design and implement auctions, biddings or speed dating, conduct international contractual and supplier negotiations and conduct cross-functional negotiation teams. You analyze needs, tune medium to long-term planning with the projects and secure the necessary capacities together with the supervisors. You enter the supplier pool, seek and evaluate new suppliers, define development measures and establish development cooperation. You recognize and report supplier risks, develop countermeasures, check contractual deviations and support claim management. You will first develop procurement market analyses, best trends, innovations and competitors and develop the product group strategy including Supplier and optimization measures. You are a central contractual partner (m/w/d), coordinates the uniform communication with suppliers, monitors Time‐Cost‐Quality goals until the end of the warranty and secures the achievement of all product group and project KPIs.

You have either a completed university degree or a two-year vocational training plus 3 to 5 years of professional experience in purchasing an industrial or production company and a relevant further education. You have a strong negotiating competence, a secure commercial understanding and basic knowledge of contract law in order to analyse and negotiate key contractual passages professionally. You're doing tasks structured, working independently and using your analytical skills to solve complex procurement and cost issues. You convince with clear, precise communication in word and writing and you have knowledge of English that is safe for negotiation. You go proactively to conflicts, find sustainable solutions and show a strong sense of responsibility and self-initiative. You are a real team player with high intercultural competence, technical affinity and experience in the international environment. You are ready to work across locations, to plan and implement business trips and supplier visits flexibly.
