As a Team Lead Data Products & Analytics (gn), you have a significant influence on how we transform data into real business value. You run a cross-functional analytics team, build the team leadership function from scratch and connect strategic data requirements with operational excellence. A modern stack, direct line to the Head of Data and group-wide effect on Bikeleasing Service, Probonio and Bike2Future. You conduct a team of analytic engineers and analysts in a disciplined and professional manner and develop each individual in a targeted way in his career You own the team backlog: You priority stakeholder requests, protect team capacity and communicate decisions transparently to the outside Quality and further development of our data products drive you ahead – from KPI definitions and self-service dashboards to semantic layers to AI products You build lean processes for refinement, planning and delivery and keep Overhead consistently small You work closely with the Head of Data and Technical Peers, translate priorities into specific team goals and represent the data team in coordination with Marketing, Sales and Product

You have worked for several years in the analytics or BI environment and have already conducted a team or teams professionally or disciplinaryly You think in stakeholder value, not in tickets and know when a request needs to be prioritized, converted or rejected You pick up Engineers and Non-Technists alike without having to translate between both worlds You consistently prioritize and keep an overview when several projects act simultaneously on you You communicate fluently in German and English (C1 or C2) Knowledge of modern data stacks (e.g. dbt, Redshift, Superset) and secure SQL are a plus – no need
