You are a contact person for our customers when it comes to questions, challenges or concrete problems concerning our software. In doing so, you're thinking for a solution-oriented and reliable care. As a rule, you will collect data, prepare results in a comprehensible manner and guide appropriate action recommendations. This is how you actively contribute to identifying and solving problems in a targeted manner. In close cooperation with various departments, you work on the solution of interdisciplinary questions. In doing so, you get your technical understanding as well as your ability to capture relationships quickly. Also at source code level, you are structuring problems and performing corrections. In addition, you will implement smaller software adaptations to optimize functions in a targeted manner. From the first message to the final clarification, you keep all the processes in mind. At the same time, you make sure that our customers are kept transparent and reliable at all times.

Ideally, you have completed an IT training and have already gained professional experience in software support or development. You can also bring knowledge of C#/.NET, Java/Android and/or web applications in the best case. In addition to an open and communicative way, you are particularly pleased to solve challenging problems. Even with complex requirements, you remain structured and keep an overview. With the usual office programs, you go routined and ideally have already collected first touch points with databases. This allows you to clean up information and better understand technical relationships. Your English skills are good enough to keep phone calls safe with international customers. In exchange with foreign contact persons, you are confident and professional. Even without a classic IT career, you are welcome to us if you bring technical understanding, readiness to learn and a good sense of software. It is crucial that you can think into complex topics and develop solutions.
