Cyber Defence is responsible for the protection of the organisation's digital assets through comprehensive threat information, continuous monitoring and rapid responses in incidents and forensic investigations. This team identifies, analyzes and mitigates proactive cyber threats and manages the attack area of the organization to reduce vulnerabilities. You work together across departments to ensure a robust security and resilience to developing cyber threats. As ''Threat Intelligence Lead (w/m/d)'' you are responsible for ensuring the acquisition, analysis and distribution of cyber threat information to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Their focus is on using data from internal and external sources, including dark web monitoring, to improve the organization's security situation and to support strategic decisions.

Technical and operational leadership and responsibility for the Threat Intelligence Team Monitoring the development and continuous improvement of HENSOLDT threat model to ensure its robustness and adaptability to new threats Development and refinement of the strategic orientation in the field of intelligence in order to align the activities in the field of threat information with the organisation’s senior security strategy Development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for intelligence activities, including the evaluation of CTI providers Heading and monitoring of deep and dark web monitoring activities taking into account the organisation’s requirements for information procurement Control and management of intelligence operations to ensure a timely and relevant disclosure of threat information Supporting internal cyber defence projects within the Cyber Defence Department as well as cooperation with external service providers to further develop and improve HENSOLDT's cybersecurity capabilities and to process ad-hoc-related security requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or a similar field Long-standing experience in cyber security Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and threat modeling Detectional successes in the management of complex cybersecurity programs and projects Strong leadership, team management and change management skills Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to different target groups
