A completed study of social work or social education, as an alternative training to the state-approved educator with management experience or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Empathy, commitment, respect, appreciation and a development-oriented approach to the target group Experience in working with young people and young adults Knowledge of case management and professional orientation Communication strength, team capacity and organisational skills Own-sponsored and structured operation and safe handling of MS Office applications The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
