• Support of the University Team in the operational day-to-day business, e.g. in the case of administrative tasks, the maintenance of applicant data and cooperation on ongoing projects

• Participation in the pre-selection of young students

• Support of initiative applications and support of the internal referral program, including review of recommendations and organisation of coupon awards

• Planning, organisation and support of student events for binding and networking in the company

• Continuous study of psychology, economics, economy or a comparable study programme

• Customer orientation and communication strength are among your greatest strengths – especially in direct exchange with our customers

• In the team you work structured, responsible and independent

• Good knowledge of German and English ensures that you can move confidently in all communication situations
