The dual bachelor’s programme “Personal Management” prepares you comprehensively for the new challenges in human resources You acquire important skills in the areas of personnel management, personnel accounting, personal marketing & recruiting and corporate communication The study with 7 semesters is divided into theoretical phases at the university as well as varied practical phases on site in our administration -- You spend 2 days / week at the university and 3 days / week at our company During our studies, we focus on practical relevance so that you can start your acquired academic knowledge directly in practice, e.g. in the core areas of our administration Finance / Controlling and People & Culture So that you can fully concentrate on your studies, we pay all tuition fees, as well as a training allowance To actively shape your phases of practice with reference to depressions/focuses, we will take into account your ideas and wishes With us, you take part in monthly meetings for networking and exchange of experiences and work independently on projects

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
