The SOS Children's Village Brandenburg - a lively place for loving children - is an institution of child and youth assistance with a variety of offers in the outpatient and inpatient area, including three children's village families and a residential group.

For our SOS Children's Village Brandenburg we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (30 hours/Where)

As an IT user managerin, you are the first contact point for all IT-related concerns of our employees in the institution. You play a central role in the daily IT assignment. Your tasks include: Contact personin for general IT topics in the establishment and communication interface to the Department of Digitization and IT Notification of technical malfunctions to the service desk and/or IT coordination and independent troubleshooting and troubleshooting by instruction and instructions for complex faults and execution of orders from IT services via the service catalog Contact person*in for internal and external service providers and support for local IT services Documentation tasks in the field of IT infrastructure as well as for structural measures with IT reference, e.g. in remodeling, moving, closing, new construction, new development of a site Installation of IT systems in the institution, independent documentation of IT systems in the institution general instruction and training of employees on IT systems Work on central IT budget planning, participation in IT terminals and conferences

completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist informatics, IT system clerk) or comparable qualification well-founded knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications as well as basic knowledge of IT networks and system administration strong communication strength and service orientation high self-responsibility, organisational skills and joy in working with people Experience in social organizations or non-profit environments of advantage, but no need
