Manager Strategic Procurement IT (m/f/d)

You are responsible for purchasing topics of the technical and IT department (hardware, software, services, etc.) You are responsible for procurement processes from demand recognition, ordering to invoice control and release, and monitor compliance with current policies You create market enquiries and tenders, analysingst offers and price comparisons You negotiate objectively and conscientiously, are able to shape sustainable business relationships and move safely in the field of limited supplier markets You accompany all IT and technology projects and complete tasks of purchasing and supply chain control You pick up and send orders, monitor the receipt of goods, and re-use yourself for power failures Together with the team, you will evaluate the suppliers and take action You can reliably document your work, carefully examine the Supplier Relationship Management System (SRM), ERP system and document management system (DMS) You communicate proactively with our corporate partners and you use common synergies You independently expand your market and product knowledge and give suggestions to the specialist department You are questioning processes and actively shaping them and supporting system-side further development

You have completed your studies in supply chain management, business informatics, economics and industrial engineering. Alternatively, you have a purchase. Training and several years of professional experience in a comparable position. Ideally, you have first experiences in purchasing the technical and IT department The use of conventional ERP systems (e.g. SAP or Comarch) is common to you Your general understanding of IT and technology is the basis for cooperation with stakeholders Your structured operation and abstraction capability help you to prepare requirements and successfully find solutions on the market Experience in the administration and development of SRM systems (for example onventis or IVALUA) would be desirable Learning German and English round your profile
