Leadership and development of a team with responsibility for results, quality and efficient personnel deployment Organisation and optimization of workflows and ensuring smooth exchange of information within the team Responsibility for the management and supervision of the federal real estate stock Planning and implementation of real estate rents including economic considerations, contract design and investment planning Control of commercial real estate management from rental to the transfer and withdrawal of residential and commercial properties Development of modern housing and usage concepts as well as legally secure design and maintenance of rental conditions

Completed training as a real estate businessman/immobility businesswoman or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability Long-term practical work experience in a comparable position or in the described field of activity (e.g. house management) Experience in Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) and Real Estate Project Management Experience in leading a team Application-proof knowledge in planning and rental law Comparative level C1 Class B driving licence and readiness to carry out missions

That would be desirable: Experience in building management in compliance with typical construction conditions Knowledge of the optimization of management costs Knowledge in handling SAP and tool iTWO
